Kristin Hrenchir, DVM

Dr. Kristin Hrenchir is a 2004 graduate of Colorado State University College of Veterinary Medicine. Following graduation, she practiced in Annapolis, Maryland at a 15-doctor small animal hospital for two years, and enjoyed living and sightseeing on the East Coast. She and her husband were able to move home to Colorado in July, 2006, when she joined our staff at Arrowhead. Dr. Hrenchir grew up in Colorado Springs, and has lived all along the northern front range. She attended the University of Northern Colorado, majored in Chemistry and worked as a chemist for several years before returning to vet school. Her professional interests include general internal medicine and surgery, dentistry, and dermatology. Outside of work, Dr. Hrenchir enjoys travel, hiking in the mountains, cooking, and is an avid reader. She and her husband Paul reside in Longmont, with their whippet Elwood and two cats, Rio and Gypsy.
